Title: delkivic radiator
Post by: bikenut07 on 24 December 2011, 02:34:00 am
Hi guys, anybody fitted a delkivic radiator to their fazer? If so, is it a good fit?

Its just i bought an aftermarket radiator but the pipes were welded in the wrong position, so had to send it back!

I had no problems. Perfect fit and about a third of the price of a genuine one. :)

yeh I put one on about 6 weeks ago, all perfect except left hand hose on original is about 20* out from the rad and the new one sits in line but mine might have been a one off but still went on fine and felt quite good quality

£135 on eBay posted

Fitted one on a FZS600 a couple of years ago and everything fitted as it should with no problems. Still going strong. Cost me £99 then I seem to remember.

I just fitted one and theres no mounting for the stock guard.  You'll have to fit an aftermarket radiator guard or take the risk without it.

The 1998-2001 models didn't have a guard fitted as standard (as far as I know). Maybe this is why there were no mountings on your radiator.
