Just purchased a set made by Oxford (£26.00). I didn't dare buy non branded :eek if they failed.
Ive never used anything like these before but seem a great idea. My good lady is not sure if she can trust them but they come with a velcro inner strap and a trident connector outer band.
Ill try um out when it dries up but wanted some users thoughts?

had some for years as the wife is happier using them. the only trouble is when she holds on to tight and punches me in the kidneys. bad news is shes a nervous pillion haha.

I have used the Motrax ones, same really. Wife used them when she first started going on the back and felt safe with them. Eventually stopped using them when she got more confident.
-
My son used them (motrax) when first started out riding pillion but like most responses here once he was more experienced didn't want use them.

I've got some to use with the missus, as she is bloody terrified using the shitebag handles. Not used them since I've got them though as she's not been out with me.

My mrs feels much safer /confident using them.
Also fitted a Tribo grippy seat cover to stop her sliding about on the back - approx £13-00. That helped her(& me) as well.
