Title: Bike storage in Essex - LOFOS PLEASE READ!
Post by: ChristoT on 26 January 2014, 11:39:04 pm: Is there anyone in Essex (or nearby) who could store a non-running Fazer for me for a few months? I've found an absolute hound on Ebay (with thanks to Bigsteve), and I need a place to put it until I can get it back to France as a project bike.

That's getting fixed up in Chatteris. But I want another Fazer, and this one is stupid cheap. OK, it needs a lot of work, but I have time enough. Any ideas? It's a bit of a state ATM.

No idea on storage I'm afraid... could rent one of those single garages you find on housing estates? Seen them for as little as £20 pw

If it's not too far away from me I've got a trailer that will accomadate a boxeye, did this recently for my future son-in-law.

PS, I'd offer space in my shed but I'm a bit out of the way... then a 14 hour over night ferry... then a bit more out the way... ;)

Work decided to throw me a curve ball, so I'm driving further than I was expecting this week, and couldn't justify the expense of taht bike. Plus, it was very, very tatty - more money than it was worth to fix up.

Thanks though to all those who offered space! I owe you a beer! :thumbup
