Yeah, the stunters use a thumb brake for the rear, or a double lever system on the left. Also dented in tank (for sitting on), maximum weight saving on it for flicking it about, loads of minor details. There are some cool vids on Youtube of stunt riders going over their bikes. :)

It may be just because of all the bikes weight on one wheel but it looks like he has it at very low pressure

Background music sounds normal speed to me, so I doubt it.
