Yep,wake up,,lie there a bit,,brain starts to spin,,got to get up.not too early though,usually wait until 6.00am

I do that too more and more these days. It's so annoying which makes it harder to switch back off.

The lying in bed, I can do. It's the getting out of it that's the bugger!!
