my personal opinions

 - the tcp fairing lowers don't suit the bike and look rubbish, the design being far too busy.

 - the only picture i've seen of the poly26 lowers makes them look excellent. (from the poly26 site) the product picture of the 2 fairings as supplied makes it look like a considerable amount of work would be required to bring them to paint readiness standard. it also looks very much as though the centre stand would be lost. i would be budgeting a further 1 - 300 for preparation and paint and would want to know for sure that the paint being used would match the paint already on my bike if i was to be fitting them.... not an easy task or requirement to be met for any painter, the metallic black bike probably being the easiest colour to match.

i,m with you on the centre stand looking as if it becomes unusable not too concerned about finishing / colour etc as my son is a panel beater & works in a body shop  :) (payback time for all the dads taxi rides)

I fitted a Poly26 bellypan to my CB1000R, and, while their designs are good, the finish is very very poor. The fibreglass needed quite a bit of filling and finishing before it was ready for painting.

IMHO Poly26 products are overpriced considering the amount of work you have to put in. I hope you've provided enough taxi rides for all the work needed!
