What torque arms fit the fzs600?
Any most importantly does anyone have off hand the distance between the holes?
-
Thunderace's arm is exactly the same length. I've got one for sale.

FZS1000's are longer.

Is this a cosmetic mod or is there any real benefit out of interest?
Cheers,
Rob

xjr1300 one on mine, if it aint same length it's pretty darn close.
fzs1000 fits just about, but caliper ends up somewhat peculiar angled~ like it's had a night on the lash. :lol
@ robbus,it's just bike candy really,
technically you're saving a little on unsprung weight...if you want an excuse like. ;)

Is the FZS1000 Rear Caliper and Thunderace Torque Arm a straight fit mod on to the FZS600 then?
Will my braided line for my FZS600 rear caliper currently on be fine to use if I did the swap?
You'll have to file the caliper bracket a bit~ you'll see where when you offer up the thou caliper to the bracket.
Hose should be ok.

Standard hole centres 240mm.

Just bought one , of Motorbreath ta
The Thunderace ones look better than the 600 ones , but they are not much lighter being made of some sort of alloyed steel .
so don't get one to save weight. I am quite happy with the improved apearence of the swing arm I finished it of with stainless steel allen screws, I got some extra m8 ones for my thou, "which has been badly neglected this season

steel is an alloy.

At a glance the Thunderace and Thou for that matter, torque arms looks like they are made from Aluminium , I thought as much before I got one, prettier than the 600 standard article though!
Also some people refer to aluminium as alloy !
I hope this cleers the mud

Do you need my arm? :)
Here I am.
