Post by: jon on 02 November 2013, 01:01:23 pm: I quite like him on QI and HIGNFY. I saw on of his live standup shows once, funny as foc! Totally unplanned and ridiculous, kinda like a mix of Eddie Izards sense of randomness with Lee Evans sweaty nervous energy. Had me in stitches.

Not seen the new show though, the trailers put me off, looked a bit childish really.

I think maybe he left himself vulnerable to making unscripted commentaries which inevitably went awry but he's not nasty like what Jonathan Ross and Russell Brand were, i think he's OK although not a big fan.
