Post by: maddog04 on 03 December 2011, 04:24:33 pm
the mrs wants a new console as opposed to a used one but she wants to go and get a fit board to do some training/aerobics/WHY in front of the tv
I have no knowledge at all of the wii so what will I need to buy to get her up and running on boxing day?
I would be grateful if you can point any good deals at me too

They do 'packs' with everything you need - have a look at this one £180 all in http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.213-9380.aspx (http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.213-9380.aspx)
Just need to get the batteries and away you go

Because it can measure your center of balance, the wii fit board is really good for Yoga beginners.

I think I might actually try it now I have a ceiling over 6ft high!

Buy a basketball for a fiver

Drill a 10mm hole in it.

Go down the beach and get a bucket of sand.

Find a funnel and insert in 10mm opening

Pour

Fill in hole with silicone

do a couple of rounds with gaffa tape to keep it all in

And put it in the cupboard next to the wii fit

We brought one last Christmas for the 'Family'

Used it about twice and it has sat gathering dust ever since. There arent even any decent games to buy for the thing to use it for something else- get an X box! :'(
