Hi,
My MOT is expiring in a few days and I am wondering if it's how Fazer should work.
When I turn on low-beam only left lamp is shining.
When I turn on high-beam left and right lamp are shining.
Is it correct or my right low-beam bulb is worn?
Previous owner said that's normal for Fazers, but when I fail MOT I can not say to engineer that previous owner said to me: "It's normal".
Thanks

Yep that is how it should be, only ive had the light mod (so both are on) for so long ive forgot if it is left or right on dip. I do have an in-line fuse that I take out for the mot so its back to standard for the test. Search "light mod"

Yep, that's the standard set-up on the early Fazers, the MOT tester won't fail you for not having done the mod to enable the r/h dipped beam. :)

Just to clear my post up a bit. The correct lights for the mot is not both on. When the mod is done both lights come on which means the normaly off one is set wrong ie not pointing to the left. And therefore should be an mot fail on beam angle if the mot is done to the book.
