General / Re: Thinking oF buying a XJR1300
« on: 04 September 2016, 08:44:36 pm »
My mate turned up at my house on an xjr1200 and of course i took it for a ride i was pleasantly suprised .a bit wallowy in the bends suprisingly quick and comfy not as nimble as my tdm 850 but i bought one anyway. xjr1300 in black(faster in black) had pair of hagons on the rear wider renthal bars and prog springs in front end far better handling than my mates had that for two years great bike its not a sports /tourer but can still put grin on face ..oh couldnt afford the sp model at the time comes with all the goodies mentioned as standard --ramble ramble--beer more beer

Hi fellas i have recently bought an 03 fazer thou 65k miles(cheap)nice condition -runs sweet -pulls like a train. Now for the niggle-when i bought it i took it for a couple of miles and all was well or so i thought-i took it out today did a loveley 80 miles through the lakes no problems at all until i got home as bike was ticking over on my drive i could hear a distinct rattle from the clutch housing/cover i pulled the clutch lever in an the noise changed pitch/quietened somewhat--i left it for a couple of hours started the bike no noise--is it just the oil being thinner when hot or maybe something more ?(oh had no problems with clutch slipping or changing gear throughout the day )if anyone can throw some light on the subject i would be most grateful cheers Stu--

Career benefit scroungers--cnts claiming sickness benefits they are not entitled to--illegal immigrants (if i do something illegal i am punished for it)--they are rewarded with benefits-housing-free healthcare -schooling-enough money to send home so the next wave of parasites can get here and bleed my country dry of resources which my taxes have funded .ill stop there for now for fear of sounding racist (i am of mixed race my parents both worked all their lives and instilled a good work ethic into me) oh and people who judge me for saying what everyone else is thinking but are afraid to say-rant over- ill post something more light hearted in keeping with the spirit of this site another time when my piss not boiling with anger/rage
