I personally wouldnt go with the 120, they fit a 110 for a reason.. The 180 is an even bigger no no..  :)
Thank you. I thought as much. Worth a try though.

a 120 will fit ok it just slows the steering abit  but you can overcome that by dropping forks through yolkes  slightly
i ran one this way for 2 years and never had a problem

180 on rear is a NO NO  far tooooo BIG

hi james
get yourself some "babywipes"  they are great for almost anything  from cleaning your visor to wiping your arse  :lol   also take a bag of wine gums (incase you get tired/knackered they give you a good wake-up  sugar rush!! )

take a break every 100miles stop ur arse getting numb plenty coffee etc plenty of photographs
stay alert and ENJOY

personally i hate motorways so i`d look at a map and find a b-road route with the odd TWISTY bits lots of countryside and awesome views

have a good trip

set them at 2.5 turns out then warm her up and go for a run and do a plug chop :  ie: ride in 2nd or 3rd at about 5000rpm and hit the kill switch take plugs out and examine the colour  use the chart in manual as ref and adjust as necessary ( bit of fanny about but worth the effort )  :)

personally i`d be having the master cylinder in bits and a full overhall  :)

I did a master cylinder overhaul about 2 years ago, just for the sake of it, and never really felt any difference at all.

yes but at least you know that all is well and keeping ontop of maintainence keeping your baby running sweet  :) :)

i have H4 100w in both sides full+ main beam work on both lights  :)
Any chance of telling/showing how you done this as I was looking into doing this recently but failed as I couldn't figure out a way to put a H4 on the nearside.

Cheers

i`ll take some photos at the weekend  and post

It's not just a high beam, it's a passing light as well, you'd have been better off swapping to both H4 instead.
Looks like a fail anyway.

Ok i have read somewhere else that high bean are not required.
I can't put H4 as it be to bright for other vehicles?

as for TOOOOO BRIGHT for others     ferk m   they always say they never saw us officer ! ! !
if they can`t see a bright light coming towards them then they must drive with eyes closed
