Yup whole bike needs a good clean, oil clean just looks dirty in pic, does need topping up though.
I'll have a look at the Oberon stuff.

did you paint the wheels yourself?

how confident are you of mounting the tyres without damaging the finish?
is it clean enough?

Nope, Triple S powder coaters.
100% confident I'll not damage them, I'm not putting them on, very very confident that the lad that is doing it will be trying his best not to mark them.

+1 for oberon touring pegs. I don't know if the front pegs will fit okay, as i bought rear touring pegs and the hole was too small to take the original pin, which is required to allow the retaining plate to be used, so the pegs lock in position. I put a post plus pics on here ages ago. Informed oberon, so they may have fixed the problem. Nice looking wheels :)
If it's broken, it's not fixed.

Not got an exact price as quite a bit of stuff was done for the Fazer and a GSX 1000, they weren't cheap is about all I know, I'll get in touch with the people that did it and report back.
I'm looking forward to getting some decent photos taken as these don't do the wheels justice, in natural light they look much better. :D

There looks to be a bit of damage to the end of the exhaust headers. Make sure you dont have any rot in there before you put it back together.

Spacer bearing for the front wheel has arrived, so the wheels can go back in, is it easier to put the new shock (R6) in with the wheel off or on the bike?
