I got a pair from pegatinas_tqs on eBay. Based in Spain. The ones advertised are the reverse of what you want (they’re black with silver shadowing) but in the description he writes,

Hi. I’ve just bought a 99 registered bike with only 23,000-ish on the clock, MoT until September 20. Being picked up by Anyvan next week, fingers crossed. Looking forward to learning from the collective wisdom  :D
