Yes ,I am afraid so  :'(

I have been out with Nick Crisp , he was ahead of me, out of sight, I came around the corner, there was his bike on its side, sticks, stones  everywhere, passed it and there he was lay by the road in the grass,,i saw him open his visor,

that alone was the biggest relief,  got to him, he was having a struggle to breath but was manageing it, and odd word,,

Ambulance,, he talked better after ten miutes,,back pain,,so onto a board and gone to Shrewsbury hospital.. hope is is going to be ok xxx

Bike,,well ran out of road,,went along the trees,hedge,not through it,,slid , more like,,dented tank,,right footrest off,,but mostly seems ok,,as is him I hope..

Bike, I rode it to a house nearby, a local bloke stopped and was brill, his wife a firstaider orso,

I have some pics,,,for  him ,,hope he gets out to see them..

Come on Nick , you have been through worse..

Oh no, not good news.  Hope you're OK, Nick.

A big shame too as the bike has only just been done up.

He appeared to be badly winded,, impact on the handle bars I guess, no sudden stop, bike not hit anything solid for too much impact,,hopefully just twisted, bent and bruised,,,,oh he was like that before :)
