IAM observerd ride
« on: 11 May 2016, 10:26:58 am »
Our local IAM group were offering free observed rides, so I thought I would sign up.  The day is today.  Shame the weather isn't better.  He's got a 40 mile circular route for us and reckons we'll be out 3 or 4 hours.

I'll report back how it goes.

Most IAM groups will do a free observed ride/taster session. There's certainly little to lose giving it a bash.

I certainly found the whole IAM thing good, both for improving my riding and the social side too.

Solent Advanced Motorcyclists do their SAM Sunday events on the first Sunday of each month at Sarisbury Gren Community Centre (off the M27) from 9am.

You can get a free Assessed ride with an IAM Observer and a great bacon butty too :)

The feedback I have received from the guy who took Adrian out was very encouraging, well done 8)
