rather than filling up specific fora with 'how do i' threads.
a sticky for what is ivanising, headlamp connecting etc, a link to Pat's site etc.
plus it'll give the thread police something to do moving all the crap around ;)

Good idea you can go even further and create separate folders say suspension, engine, electric, brakes etc to avoid having too many stickies at one folder.

The thinking behind not having them is that the old forum had them, and they were posted in about once every decade or three, so we went for the slimline approach when setting up this incarnation of the board.
If you have a wee look at the "articles" tab up top you should find a whole range of those type of things.
:D

Has any of the above been sorted yet? Would be good to have a Popular mods section, servicing & workshop tips sections, not sure how it can be done, but in a previous life (when I owned a tiger 1050) there was a 'how to' section linking to all the different mods & servicing tips from there. :rolleyes

Was sorted ages ago, when we set up the articles section...

Ok that's fine I've been away from the site for a while, just familiarising myself again.

How do we move some nice threads to Articles how to sections?
I was looking for suspension upgrades for my FSZ 600 and although there are plenty for how to threads about rear and front (mostly from kebab19), in the articles section there is no any FSZ 600 suspension Arcticles?

The reason why most of the threads about suspension are from Kebab19 is because he is the Bogs Dollocks when it come to suspension, especially the front end. A Pioneer one might say.
