Hideout Leathers do it I think, I had a leather jacket and trousers fitted with extra Kevlar stretch panels by them a few years ago.

Any of the firms that do made to measure leathers or leather repairs alterations should be able to help, just do a google search.

A friend of my wife's is a Police Inspector in Hong Kong and a biker, I will get her to ask him what he recommends.

From Hong Kong:  "helmet always a good idea but not yet legal here - if MT then kevlar and usual armour good - for road TT work good old protective lycra is used :-))"
Its Hot and Humid so leave your leathers at home.
Some decent vented gear with armour should be fine.
Hideout do Kevlar suits for use in hot climates, don't know how much they cost or how much you have to spend.
Are you taking your bike with you or going to get one there? Roads are very busy in town with poor driving...be careful.
