« on: 31 October 2012, 05:44:09 pm »
Can anyone please help? Read Evan's comment from Oct/Nov 2011 on old site re K & N cone filters & jetting. Can anyone tell me what size millimetre cones l need to fit standard carbs also where l can get them from. Thanks

The k&n for the FZS is a replacement panel filter. No rejetting  required either.

I felt the bike ran alot better with the new K+N pannel upgrade - which I know  is not allways the case with other vehicles I have fitted them to.

I  remember the post in question. why can't you contact the original poster of the info?
I seem to remember that the guy had a lot of trouble finding settings/jets that were any better than standard
Is it worth the effort and expense?
