Spark plug caps?
« on: 15 September 2012, 09:52:28 am »
Hi guys thanks for all the help on my previous post, do you know where I can get any 3rd party spark plug caps for my FZS as the official Yamaha ones are £50+ EACH!!

Also on a side note, does anyone know if the fuel tank is vacuumed or not?

Cheers

Lewis

Plug caps.

No, the fuel tap on the FZS600 tank is a manual one. Remember to turn it back on when you put things back together or you'll ride about a mile and then wonder why the engine has stopped. :lol

Replica CX 500 spark plug caps fit and you can get them from M & P accessories and they were cheap when I bought them, which is about five years ago.

Oh and the rubber seal off the original ones fitted on the CX 500 ones.
