i have a clutch rattle in nuetral until i pull clutch lever in

Thats normal they all do that sir...... Unless its REALY loud

I belive most ppl use semi synth, i know i do.

As for the bike wanting to pull forward with the clutch in, my rear wheel will turn slowly if its in gear with clutch in on the centre stand, but it wouldnt be noticable in normal use.

Are you sure the clutch is adjusted right, maybe try adjusting it to the point its slipping slightly and see if it still dose it.

Have a good look at the clutch cable, the girlfriend's bike (Suzuki gladius)  was doing the same thing and the cable was frayed and split up by the leaver but it was hidden in the outer sheath.

stay away from fully synth most makes of modern bikes dont like em

Bollocks. Utter.

Motorcycle specific fully synth is OK, on most new and many old(er) bikes.

I believe the problem is clutch cable tension.

Oh, and clutch lever it the one on the LEFT side! :)

Very nice oil. 7100 full synt is also nice, even better (10w40).
