Been trying to remember where I've seen that 'Lottie look' before...cracked it,it's the look on Manuels face in the fawlty towers episode 'basil the rat',the scene where he is moping about cos his pet rat has been given away (supposedly) and basil is trying to 'cheer' him up!. :lol.
