After 9 years, 9 months and 34,027 miles.. the Fazer has gone!
« on: 30 November 2014, 09:51:59 pm »
Hi Folks,
yupp, afraid so, I've let the Fazer go, but she's in good hands going to redrat on the forums. I'm now running a BMW R1200RT, riding them at work opened my eyes to an easier riding position tbh, so starting afresh and taking the 'upgraded' Mrs TrafficRat touring

Thank you all for your support, advice and ultimately friendship over the years,
Craig

That was a good long run with a lovely looking bike. But I'm heading for covering more than that mileage in two years  :D

Hi Craig,

Must have been a bit of a wrench to see it go but at least you've kept it in the family. :)

All the best with the new bike - hope you both get lots of enjoyment from your touring.

I have a 2010 1200RT as well as my Gen 1 Fazer thou.  Wouldn't part with either of them :-))  They are both stonking bikes.

Camera angle makes that Fazer look tiny in comparison. Or is that the Beema is a barge to start with.  :lol

Anyway, have fun and stay safe on it.
