Right guys I'm having a bit of trouble getting my headers out of the head soaked in wd40 and tapped with hammer any other ideas guys?

Not clear from your post whether or not you've successfully removed all the flanges. If those are out of the way, you should be able to wriggle the headers out without too much drama, having undone the rear header retaining bolts, of course.
