I agree totally regarding jet washing motorbikes and just use a hosepipe at home. Barrie was using the jet at a low setting and was very careful and was fully aware of the dangers, having done hundreds of bikes. He said that in the wrong hands, ( mine ! ), it is not a good idea and that a hosepipe should be used. After two winters of use the underside of the bike was absolutely filthy and needed some assistance to move the crud. I have been using ACF50 for years and all my bikes are treated. As you say, coffee, it's cracking stuff and really does what it says on the tin, which is needed here in North Wales, as at the slightest hint of freezing conditions the salt is laid down. What type/make of high pressure gun do you use, agricola ? I would consider doing as you do in future.
ibstock atlas, been laying them today
Last night , fitted new battery to the thou , washed it , checked the tyre pressures and lubed the chain in readyness for saturdays MOT.....
Had a whizz out around the Kent/Sussex B roads, taking in the 1066 caff on the A21 for brunch. This was the first outing my riding buddy has been on since having a stent fitted a couple of weeks ago. Rolled onto the drive with 150ish miles on the trip, just before the rain.Result.
Ready to roll after a winter on the 600.
