It's happened before and gave it a dousing of lub, it may better replacing it but they're expensiveI had the same problem, drove me to distraction. Took it apart completely, everything moving freely, motor spinning freely when connected, put it back together same Foccing problem. At that time the secondhand one arrived and I put the old one aside in a box waiting to be looked at again. The part which controls the motor was causing problem, but have not figured out why yet. There are plenty on Ebay.com. I bought one from one of the fellows on her, but bought another for a friend from the States with cables for $50 incl postage. Postage was 3 times the price of the servo but much cheaper than a new one.One on ebay uk at the moment for £65

Rode it to Falmouth and back, 267 miles in all, and discovered I need to get a bigger screen to fend off the wind blast. Don't 'spose being 6'5" helps much.
