could be in trouble for this one,

got caught by a camera an on the 3rd of December on the A64 making a dash for the services with the wife as her IBS was playing up and she needed the toilet, don't have long when this happens didn't realise how fast i was going as the traffic was keeping up with me but was clocked at 100mph  :'(  so I think I am going to get a beating for this, all I can hope is that they take my previous record into account as I have never been done for speeding, or any other traffic offence before, we will see

before you buy a new spedo asm does your mileometer still register? if the meleage is still going up then it will be the speedo,if it does not then chances at could be the speed drive

well I have been out this morning for a quick ride to check for bangs squeaks and rattles, none found as yet, all is good.

I dont know exactly what I was expecting from the 600 but it was not what I got the change of direction was amazing in comparison to the bikes I wave had, BMW, FJ1200 and the power delivery is brill as i don't like to thrash my engine, and there is plenty of low down grunt. The seat is comfy as is the riding position, But for me the best thing is the handling and the confidence it give you to go into corners with conviction.

and there seems to be very little wind noise in comparison the the FJ1200 and my XR1000 shoei

Over all me thinks I will be keeping this bike for a long time :)

the sharp test is a bit misleading as a fiberglass nitro lid will stand up to the sharp test than a top shoei and the points of impact they use in the test is  where most of the damage actualy happens not where the main impact in a crash would be be they test the sides where as the impact is normaly from the forehear across the crown and down the back

my coments were not a dig about being tight please belive me but as i use to work in the motorcycle clothing sector and was a helmet specialist with shoei, aria and shark trained where a lot of people would buy a £10,000 bike and a £700 gimp suit and then a £50 lid..... but i digress

£150 caberge justisimo or the probiker KX4

but as was also said if AGV fit then stick with them Hein gericke have some good prices at the moment
