Yes, always replace shocks, springs, bushes, brakes etc in axle pairs. A new shock absorber or spring will work better than an old one and can upset the balance of the car and effect tyre wear ect if you just replace the one.

Yes I found one but it wasn't cheap! Very rare to find a good condition original caliper. Another option is a blue spot from an FZS1000 or XJR1300.

Fitted some Fazer Thou mirrors to my 600, also a Fazer Thou alloy rear brake lever. Just had to space out the rear master cylinder a few mm to straighten out the bar to the lever a little.

Had my bike nicked from outside work yesterday, right in the centre of Bradford (outside Subway and across the road from City Hall if you know the city). Came out for lunch and it was gone.
Silver FZS 600 with top box, Renthal bars, oxford hot grips, engine bars, rubbery knee grip thingies... reg is YK03AGY. If anyone sees it can you let me/the cops know please.
I assume I won't see it again so waiting for the insurance to fund my next bike - which will be another late model Foxeye :-)
No CCTV anywhere? The police probably won't check unfortunately.

He didn't look to be 'riding pillion' to me, looked like he was stuck between the rear wheel and undertray

The reason I'm saying R1 is because I've been reliably informed the bigger (longer) R1 mirrors fit the Fazer so I'm assuming the blanking plugs will too? Apologies if I'm wrong!

I think R&G do some for the R1 that fit but don't quote me on it! I'm sure someone will be along to verify it, or not

Anybody have a spare crankcase breather pipe kicking around for a 98-03 FZS600? Mine has disappeared. Cheers.

Ahh, thanks pal. I checked the manual but skipped that chapter as I thought it wasn't relevant

Does anybody have a clear picture of the Crankcase breather pipe? Also the routing and where it connects to on the carb? Mine is missing Thanks.
