I've used both before, they both fall into our temperature range but i think the recommended type for UK is CR8E or CR8EIX for Iridium.

Cheers guys, was planning on iridiums anyway, but in the back of my mind think I have a box of CR8 in the garage somewhere so may root around tomorrow.

I had seen a deal for CR9EIX just over 20 quid for 4 so thought why not if they aint going to kill the FAZ!!

Cheap is cool, but I think more significant is 'genuine'. There are a lot of counterfeit plugs sold online. Have a google for 'spotting fake spark plugs'.

Out of curiosity, where did you get them from at that price?

Yep, CR8E's. Does anyone out there use plug brands other than NGK?

Darrsi Never thought of that , they were on the bay from an ex R1 owner who never got to fit them?

Will check when they show up, paid by paypal so any probs can get money back at least.

If they're just 2nd hand but unused then that's a fair enough price.

well got em now and from what I can see from scouring internet they appear genuine: most of the pics show non-iridium yellow packet copper cores so just gonna put em in and see how they run.
