Poor Service At Demon Tweeks
« on: 04 June 2015, 05:55:13 pm »
Has anybody else received poor service at Demon Tweeks or have I just been unlucky.
I have ordered from them twice and both times have been let down on delivery dates with absolutely no communication from them.
I wouldn't mind if they said it's delayed, out of stock, etc,... but nothing !!
They are probably the most expensive bike accessory company around anyway so I definitely won't be using them again.  :thumbdown
I could change my opinion, but then we'd both be wrong.

I have ordered a few things off ebay that are from demon tweeks, always been fast delivery and surprisingly the cheapest option. I have never ordered direct from them though

Got brembo brake disks off them and a chain riveter and the stuff arrived quickly both times. How long have you been waiting for your order? Maybe ring them and ask them what's going on

communication is a 2 way street ;)
