Sorry NorthWestern, saw a bit of blue sky and couldn't resist a wee trip out.  8)  Copped a load of rain on t'way home though.

New challenge: Your bike next to an ocean going ship (no little boats).
It will be OK in the end. If it's not OK, it's not the end.

Wait a min

Challenge set at  04:47:46
Completed at  04:58:42 PM
Thats 11 mins -- now unless bbb lives on the dock the rules are the picture has to be taken AFTER the challenge is set
And they are little boats
I don't do rain or threat there of. dry rider only with no shame.

Bit pointless really. I thought I'd give this a go this year as it does encourage me to get out on the bike. First, Paul's piss-take and now this. Why?
It's done properly on another forum I use, and is enjoyable for that. I had actually started to look forward to the challenges as, although I don't have a mobile device to post from, and can't get out during working days to do it, I'd still give it a shot.
Poor show folks.  :(

I did it on the last one with a plane flying over your bike
(held a bosch planer over it)
And in the interest of moving somthing on I think its ok and can give a chuckle
I like your proof of steam for eg

Got a good laugh from that, but when it got accepted by the challenge poster, I thought it a bit out of order.
Great to have some banter - real reason I'm annoyed? Cos I'm off tomorrow and want to have a crack at one, even though I'm busy first thing!  :lol  I was actually going to do the post box one - found where there was one in Oxford, was going to nip home after work for a bite, then leg it 20 miles up the A40 - damn, beaten to it! But fair and square, so that was ok.

Funny BBB, that looks like Inverary, you live in Glasgow. So, ok I thought, maybe he's got a mobile thingy and happened to be down that way. Then fazersharp points out the flaws, and then I remembered you posted about a ride down there last year. Rumbled pal!  :lol

Rule 1. Nobody is to be caught not drinking!

2. Picture has to be taken after challenge is made.

3. Challenge is good for a week; if it is not met after that time, the previous picture poster picks a new challenge.

Remember, this thread is supposed to get people to want to go ride straight away and beat others to the challenge - be creative, but be sensible about it.

Rule 4. Noooooo pooftahs!

Not everyone can have a crack at a challenge during the week due to work commitments etc, hence rule 3.

And I doubt I'll make this one either   :\:

Sharpness on the Severn Paul. Was going to go to Avonmouth to try and get it, but someone said that Sharpness has a lot of container ships going in and out, and as I had to go to Cirencester this morning, it seemed easy to get to.

Hope this boat is big enough fazersharp? It is ocean-going  :D

If accepted, the next challenge is:

YOUR BIKE NEXT TO A RESERVOIR DAM

e.g.:
