Trip to Spain

Well, not sure if this is the correct place for it or not, but here goes.

Some of my photos from my last trip to Spain (Portugal-Spain-Portugal). 13 days and about 2500 miles. The bike held up better then Us ;)

Now that is a well loaded up bike. How did you find the soft panniers , I am only used to hard case types. I have a set of oxford soft ones but not toured with them yet.
Some fantastic scenery there, I travelled down through  France and Spain in April this year from NW England to the Costa Blanca North. I enjoyed it numb bum an all

The soft panniers (saddlebags), are from GIVI. They are from around 1998 I think, but you can find new ones here. The numb bum part I got a lot of. Those were some incredible vacation/trip, and quite cheap also. I was amazed how "little" money we spent.

Well, almost, but has it always happens, there was clothes that none of Us used in this trip. We always overpack   :\

Dump that crap! Go light! Are you gonna drag all that stuff around all your life? Listen to De Niro in "Heat", and be ready to drop everything in an instant! Posessions = chains!  :lol
All my kit for a week's camping now fits in one 60 litre tailpack with room to spare, a couple more t-shirts and it's 2 week's worth.  ;)

Useful things, them.  :smokin

On my last day at work, I plan to ride in with a barbie strapped to the top of the trailer, a coolbox inside it, and have a slap-up lunch.  :lol

I swear I had to re-read that like 10 times before I understood that you meant a BBQ and not a doll... to be honest, I can see you owning the doll more than the BBQ  :evil
