New exhaust
« on: 18 February 2013, 09:51:03 pm »
Hey up people! I currently own a fazer 600 s2 2007. I am wanting to buy a new exhaust for the bike as the stock one is rubbish! My bike has a givi monokey topbox fitted. The topbox bracket goes around the exhaust. I need to find an exhaust I know will fit onto the bike and still allow the topbox bracket to fasten around the new exhaust. Any ideas people? I wasn't wanting to spend more than £450. Thanks in advance, Matt.

I have a pair of Scorpion cans under the seat, when I fitted my Givi rack I had to make new brackets to fit round the exhaust as the originals would not fit. Hope that helps. Rob.

I have a spare set of the brackets that go around the exhaust if you want to modify them to fit the new exhaust and keep the originals intact.

Do you like the scorpion? Would you recommend it? Was it the oval scorpions or the round ones? Those brackets could come in really handy, where and you based? And how much do you want? Thanks Matt.

I got the round Scorps. They are real loud,(baffles in or out)  they were on the bike when I got it so I can't give a comparison although I know the standard cans are quiet. If you want pictures and a Video I can try and do that for you at the weekend (if time permits)
