Scots brethren
« on: 08 November 2013, 12:58:24 am »
I have a friend going to Scotland next week and she asked me if wanted anything bringing back.  She's never heard of rowies, how can I explain to her what they are? All I can come up with is that they are better than cloutie dumplings.

Depend where she is going in Scotland, I think buttries are mainly only available in the North East. also known as butter rolls.

If you worried about falling off your bike, you'd never get on.
