aye, as in south coast, bottom-right-of-the-country Hastings :)

I'll be going assuming it's not raining (it's a drought though, so no chance of that)

Maybe it's me being a boring oldfart but I can't see the attraction of riding down the A21 into Hastings with literally thousands of bikes at the same time. So mostly every one is riding nose to tail two or three abreast at about 30 mph all the way and theres still wankers who keep overtaking and darting in and out and usually one kills himself every year as well. When you eventually arrive and queue to get parked by police/marshalls (by the way theres still wankers overtaking everyone), you can't get fed and watered becuase of the queues everywhere and to top it all it's usually raining!

:agree ........quite agree Locksmith, I have not attended myself but happened to be on a Police bike training course in Bromley area when they were all going down, it was ridiculous and dangerous.

I'll be there!

Go ever year... Even used to fly home from Hong Kong, and rent a bike to do the run, when I lived out there! Can't get much further than that to travel there!!!

This'll be my first year there on a FZS though. :0)

Always start from Locksbottom, park up outside Costa and grab a coffee. If anyone else is there, look for a grey metallic Fazer 1000 with and FZS number plate and say 'Hi!'.

Was looking forward to this but may have to assess the weather situation as i'm taking my 8 year old daughter. She's well up for it but I don't think she realises how miserable it can be if it's pissing hard.
