To be fair, I did let my ex-wife loose with the credit card and she broke the bank.
Trouble was that she didn't tell me about the other 4 cards that she had maxed out already.
I was doing three jobs just to pay the bills and then she booked a holiday abroad as a treat for me...
One of the reasons she is now my ex-wife.

Its just a roast dinner ! I mean I aint a misery but really ? nice to get together but its a bit crazy now.

I've got a missus who has champagne tastes but unfortunately I've only got a lemonade budget.
There's nowt like the cold light of January and the winter bills coming through your letterbox for getting your finances sorted, particularly if you're wanting a sunny holiday this year.  :sun
