I am not a Trump fan but it does seem that all those that lost the general election to Cam-moron then lost the EU referendum then lost again to May/ Borris -- are now totally rabidly ripping into Trump with all that pent up anger.

And if you've lost, the best thing to do is try to change the subject  :rolleyes

Back on subject :

If you think our 'first past the post' system skews the result, what about America's :eek
Winning by a single vote in California gives you 10% of the Electoral College votes to decide the next President.

Like ours it's a broken system, one which doesn't reflect the population now living in these areas/states.

What decides how many collage votes a state allocates because as I understand it one state could have 2 million people and only have 5 collage votes but another state could only have 1 million people and yet have 10 collage votes.

Wow.  Trump is now, I understand, the first President in history to have had a live presidential address to the nation pulled by major US TV networks.  Even Trump supporting Fox News pulled his address :eek .

Quote
Several US TV networks late on Thursday halted live coverage of US President Donald Trump’s first public appearance since election night after concluding that the president was spreading disinformation.

Only CNN carried on with the address but a chyron displayed under him said,
Quote
“Without any evidence, Trump says he’s being cheated.”

The Pentagon have put a no-fly zone in place around Joe Biden's house.

The US military now consider Joe Biden to be President Elect.

Don't think it's quite that bad, but there's a minimum representation of 3 votes. So the tiny District of Colombia gets the same as South Dakota and Vermont

How amazing is that, a US Presidential address pulled by US networks becuase the President was spreading miss-information.

Perhaps you should ask African Americans.

89% of African American voters voted for Biden.

Where did you get that stat from because all I have been hearing is that more bame voted for Trump this time than they did last time - and especially black women. Baring in mind that all UK MSM is anti Trump I doubt it is likely that they would be pedling Trump lies.

Haha I think anyone saying Trump is more racist than Biden needs to have a little look into Bidens past! I'd argue he's much more of an actual Racist than Trump is. Trump is all talk, Biden has actually helped implement laws that harm black people for decades

He's a little example

"Biden is a long-standing supporter of ‘penal populism’, the discounted idea that a greater police presence and harsher prison sentences equals less crime. The political manifestation of these beliefs has been realised in many acts and legislations that Biden has authored or sponsored. In the 1980s Biden supported multiple Anti Drug Abuse Acts that disproportionately heightened imprisonment rates among black communities for drug offences. The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (which Biden authored) dedicated billions of dollars for prisons and increased numbers of police and is widely considered as crucial in instigating the shift towards the mass incarceration of black men in the United States"

And just to be clear I think they are both asshats and I do truly feel sorry for the American people that these two were their only options..... what a sorry state to be in 😔

I have heard a few times when it comes to Trump. His supporters don't take much notice of what he says but do take notice of what he does.
Whilst his haters listen to what he says but take no notice of what he does.

I do aplogise Fazersharp.  The figure I quoted was for Florida.
The National Exit Poll figure is 87% Black people voted for Biden. :lol

Yeah I think I was American I definately vote for Biden (in this 2020 election).  Then I dunno what I would do, throw up, or just go and get drunk.  The USA is pretty fucked up.

But the UK is catching up fast.

There you go playing with misleading statistics again. More voters have voted for both candidates than ever before. So yes, possibly more bame voters have voted for Trump than last time, especially when the bame vote didn't turn out for Clinton. But this time it's almost certainly a smaller proportion than are voting for Biden.
It's amazing what fake news can be spread by pointing at just one isolated piece of data  :rolleyes
