Full new clutch system, new selector forks, chain and sprockets........ Still jumps out of second gear, What else can it be?? Someone please shed some light on the situation because I'm about to leave it outside for the raggy lads.

Yeah it might not be the shifters, have a look at the gear dogs. Jumping out of gear under load in 2nd is a common fault in a lot of gearboxes.
Don't leave her out for the raggy lads, you've got all of the winter/spring to get her ready for Summer  :sun
