Holiday Suggestion To Suit 10 & 12yr olds
« on: 11 June 2017, 09:39:53 pm »
Hiya fellas,

Bit of a weird request this one but need a few suggestions.

I fully appreciate I've left it a bit late so fully my fault.

Was looking to go to the Eurocamp at Peschiera del Garda on Lake Garda following rave reviews by friends but all sold out during school holidays.

Its the first time for the kids to holiday abroad so would like to get it as right as I can.

Ideally we would like

1. Europe
2. Beach
3. Lots of restaurants
4. Theme/water parks good
5. Ideally a brick lodge but could stretch to small complex villa.
6. Relaxing with enough activities

Don't want

1. Hotel
2. Tub thumping nightclub area
3. Over commercialised

Any suggestions as always much appreciated.

Cheers in advance fellas  :thumbup

Most resorts in Greece will give you a good balance of beach, swimming pool, resort entertainment, low cost eating out, a bit of culture, shopping and days trips. Usually plenty of all inclusive family offers about. Try travelzoo.co.uk.

If lakes are your thing, consider lake Como. Or even the 'german lakes'. I just did a tour of the dambuster dams. Mohne and Eder dams both massive with water sports and great scenery.

:agree

If lakes are what you want, and don't mind camping (or dragging your caravan there like I did) this place is nice
