FZS600 Fazer / Re: Cant scrape the lean angle limiter (screw)« on: 27 November 2019, 11:52:01 PM »Aside from the lean angle, the distance from hero blob to road surface is affected by the load and suspension settings. If you’re light then you may run out of tyre before the blobs touch down as you won’t be compressing the suspension as much as a heavy rider does. Best yet - please don't wear Doc's , your feet are worth more than than that. 19

General / Re: Halogen headlight switch to LED« on: 20 November 2019, 09:55:46 PM »On the FZS600, a quick cheap upgrade is to do the headlight mod on the right hand (high beam) lamp so that low beam works too. BEST ADVICE 23
General / Re: Winter gear recommendations« on: 20 November 2019, 09:53:40 PM »Well I picked up some gortex gloves today, went with the "Richa Cold Protect Gortex"! Just remember to layer up - base layer from Screwfix £10. Polo/T shirt then microfleece https://www.screwfix.com/p/site-beech-microfleece-pullover-black-medium-43-chest/6697d - Very good. Oxford thermal socks are good + a pair of normal sports socks over the top (Puma etc from Sports Direct work well). Merino wool socks are great ...........if you can still wear them when you get to work. I just remove the sports socks. Thermal neck flee e is good https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/200989 Best by far is heated grips. Best of luck fella 24
