Nope never bothered to rejet, bike still did 60mpg+ with it on over 3 years or so, my mate said the fazers are jetted rich to start with 5

FZS600 Fazer / outer race of front wheel bearing stuck in hub« on: 24 April 2013, 03:26:53 pm »
tried everything, dremel slot, chisel/ punch, heat gun, hammering, got a little bit of it off, but by now if it was normal it should have peeled off, so it must be welded to the hub, any ideas to remove it ?

went round a mates and he had the mc apart as it wasn;t right,then reverse bled it and then normal bled it,pretty firm now 15

managed to get the mc pumping by putting thumb over the hole and pumping till it presurised then put the pipes back on,mate said that his did the same and just got to keep pumping till it comes through

fitted the new braided lines and go to bleed it up
do the opn nipple,pull lever,close nipple let go of leaver a fair few times and nothing happensfluid level doesn't change or anything,take off the hoses from the mc and no fluid comes out when i pump ? any ideas 18

the screw just doesn't wanna budge and tried drilling it out but seems it wants to go in to the ali instead of taking the bolt out

well got the screws a while back but been waiting for the new lines to come
had a go at getting the original screws out with my impact driver but they just bored out the screw lol,any ideas how to get them out ? 23
