Hi guys
I need your help my 2002 fazer 1000 has a indercators has stopped working I've changed the handle bar switch cleaned every connection with contact spray I'm at my wits end with it now. It has a Meta alarm system on it and the indercators work with that. Any one any insight.. :'(

Possibly the indicator relay is focced, it's located by the battery, it's a cheap swap.
I changed my indicator relay when I swapped to LED indicators, it literally takes a minute.

Is that two pin there's a round relay beside the battery it looks after market it only has tow connectors
-
From memory, it's two or three pin and square not round

I'll order one and see if that's it. Appreciate your help thanks

Use a multimeter on the wires to the indicator relay, there's two wires, turn a blinker on see what the reading is, if there's no power going to the relay the problem can lie with the ignition switch. I had the same problem and found the bolts that hold the ignition switch together (where you put the key in ) had come loose and although everything else worked fine the blinkers didn't. I tightened the bolts inside the switch housing and it sorted it. Could be the relay though , but if your indicators work with the alarm then could be that. I stripped the alarm off mine years ago it was a pita !

I'll try that too they some times work only for about 30sec or so. I taut it was a bad connection or a broken wire but I've been through the hole lot. I'll check the gig and change the relay and hopefully that solves the problem ;)
