Scottoiler reservoir position
« on: 16 May 2023, 09:54:28 am »
Want to fit a Scottoiler to my Fazer 8, but the space under the rear seat looks a bit limited for the reservoir.

Where has everyone else put theirs?

I don't know if it would work on the FZ8, but when I bought my FZ6 it had the Touring Reservoir that sits behind the rear numberplate.

See: https://ruggedroads.co.uk/Scottoiler-Magnum-HCR-Numberplate-Touring-Tank

This also has the advantage that you only need to top it up every few thousand miles :thumbup
