Title: I am not leaving, by any means, but am looking for some advice.

If your selling the bike and not trading it in the dealer will try and knock you down. If you dont need the cash, store the bike as clean ones are not that easy to get anymore. As for what the bike is worth -

Oh really? I mean the cash would be nice, but having this bike in this condition in my opinion, is much nicer!

Drain ALL the petrol from the tank/pump and plug the exhaust and air box openings, remove the battery and chuck a dust cover over it.

Fully faired FZ seem quite rare in general so holding onto it will help with value if it's not gaining miles (i nearly landed a white fully faired in vgc with 40k on it for £3000)

You'll regret selling it so I'd hang on to it for as long as possible, there may come a time where you have to sell it because you need the money but equally circumstances might change where you are able to afford to keep it.
