Hi your not pissing me off lol sure somebody will want them. I know what I have in them. Selling bike too if I don't get what I am looking for  bike or wheels then will keep them both. Not ridden much last few year so was being sensible. I know what I have invested in bike and wheels and doesn't make sense to sell for less than they are worth. I am quite happy to keep both.

Place is covered in snow here so maybe  its early to put either bike or wheels up for sale. In no hurry to sell so I shall wait and see.

Nice looking wheels Steve and i can see that all the stuff you have is the best of quality but we are opportune buyers on here and stuff has to be Foccer cheap for us to go on a splurge because lets face it we probably dont even need it :lol .

Perhaps youll have a better chance locally with someone who is looking for wheels and really needs them.

The tyres are personal choice and no doubt retail for about £200 which means second hand £150 tops imo which leaves the wheels being £450 so roughly £150? for the front wheel without tyre & £300 for the rear wheel without tyre.....like you say perhaps you've forked out more than that on them but surely then they are worth keeping coz you never know what bike youll end up with in future they could come in handy.

Keep them, keep the bike, get riding, get grinning :D

I appreciate your comments. Not giving up riding yet also have a GTR 1400 and tend to pick that over the Fazer cause when I go out on bike its generally a whole day affair and GTR is better bike for going a distance.

I am in no hurry to sell bike or wheels and if I don't get close to what I am looking for then I will just hang on to both. My bike is rare to have such low mileage and a rare colour so I think it will eventually sell to right buyer as for the wheels I can do a package  if bought with bike. Until then I am going to hang out for a fair return like you say if somebody really wants them or needs them then they are a bargain I know as I priced them new from Yamaha and these wheels are like new.

Cheers :)

Those GTR's are supposed to be good considering they are the size of a small planet :lol

My dads mate from Dysart has one & a new Repsol fireblade & apparently he always ends up choosing the GTR.

Goid luck anyway. 8)

Get a life pal! having to put up with some small minded people on this site is really quite sad. You need to get a life!

To Be clear people selling stuff on sites are not all desperate for the cash and might  just want to move on to another bike, car project whatever and don't need the chat from some people who like to be keyboard assassins and have nothing better to do.

In case your interested Bike and wheels both sold the morning for full price imagine that lol

I know that I should probably just ignore comments such as yours but if your not interested in buying something advertised then really what is your point other than being an over opinionated idiot.

Rant Over have a good day! :rollin :rollin :rollin :rollin

Not interested at all and nope I can't imagine that someone would have paid you full asking price for your bike and wheels.

lol What happened to "fudnut" I see you edited your post?

Shame as I quite liked that.  :rollin :'( :rolleyes

I never tarred everyone with same brush if you read my post I said some people????? to be honest you haven't done your homework either? I have been on this site a number of years and find it a great site with lots of good advise and information. I never just joined to sell something as you said!! I don't have a problem with people offering with items for sale either. But anybody who wants to simply state that an item is not cheap enough for the sake of comment is just being cheeky or some could say they are not trying to "piss someone off" but that's their whole point just to have a bit of fun at somebody elses expense.

I appreciate everybody likes a bargain,  but somebody selling something can be in dire need of funds and to be insulted by somebody who probably has no intention of buying in first place is just a cheap shot from their keyboard.

Funny old life this what goes around comes around and I believe in treating somebody as you would expect to be treated yourself so try walking in those shoes.
