great advice on here as always  :thumbup ...iam going to fold the tyres in half and secure with string and put them in the wheelie bin next to the flimsy plastic container containing 5 litres of used engine oil....should be fine     ;)

i have also accumulated 20 litres of used engine oil which will be going to the dump on Saturday, no charge for that so must be sold on...but what for ?

All of my local council dumps have a tank for waste oil, but your vehicle has to display a sticker to prove you’re from that borough, obtained from the council tax department.

Some places are now charging £25 a wheel, that was the price a friend of mine got recently.

There’s a local mobile guy to me, who’ll come to your house remove the old tyre from a loose wheel, fit and balance the new one that you’ve supplied. He charges £20. He can supply tyres as well, but not as cheap as buying them from Oponeo and getting him to fit them.
