How do i switch back to the mobile site from desktop guys. Can't see a button anywhere?

Not sure where button is but clearing cookies on mobile device might work. Like clearing history, cache etc, option for that should be nearby in browser settings. Will lose most saved logins etc if do that.

A bit late now, but to change the theme you simply navigte to the site homepage:

http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php

and select the theme you want from the drop down tab in the "theme select" box on the left side of the pag about half way down. the mobile one is "SMF4Mobile" :)
