The 'Get Tori back on the road' super rideout :)
« on: 07 March 2012, 09:15:04 pm »
After a year off my bike due to a broken elbow, I am now getting my bike back on the road. I'm a bit nervous, so I'm hoping some lovely foccers would like to join me in a 'gentile' bimble around Essex/Braintree district :) Maybe, Finchingfield, somewhere else...erm...where Eddie goes (I'm not sure where that is) and into Colchester for a nice lunch?
I predict the end of May will be a balmy 30 degrees and warm enough for me to venture out. If anyone can make it, or had preferred dates, please post :)

Shaun, all it needs is new spark plugs, end caps, a fork seal and a new battery, how does that class as fooked? Search Ebay the bits and it'll soon be fixed in time for May.

Next fine day, get it out of the garage, cock your leg over, open the throttle and go. Simples!

Would love to but a bit far for a bimble. Well unless I happen to be down my sisters around then, in that case would love to :)

Hi Tori, just seen your post and sorry to hear about the broken elbow, I can relate to the nervousness when getting back on your bike after being off it for sometime but you will be fine i'm sure. It's a bit to far for me ending up in Colchester but hope that all go's well and that you enjoy your day whenever it is. :lol
When the going get's tough the tough get going.

Hey Bert! Good to hear from you :) It doesn't have to end up in Colchester, we could just end at Finchingfield. I'll have to poke Robin for a route...;-)
