Couldn't make it last year as I was busy holding my mrs' hand as she popped our baby daughter out.
Can't make it this year as it's our daughter's first birthday.

Shit. I'm starting to see a pattern developing here.  :\
Broken, bruised, forgotten, sore,
too fucked up to care any more.

Went today, it's not bad. I've not been for about six years when it was squeezed into one Hall. Lots to see/sit on although it seems the bikes main difference is the colour schemes...

I'd imagine it's towards the year end so that they can display the race bikes, next year's models and

Gear... Most would go by car anyway, those who only have a bike would simply go on the bike.

Good points there
Then I would of thought it better to have it in the early spring when people start to think more about bikes again after the winter months

I think that the Italian bike show has something to do with it. Maufacturers seem to want to show new stuff there first.

I went by train on Tuesday. £9.90 return from London Euston (on Advance Fare fixed tickets). Came back with 3 large carrier bags. Getting bigger by the year. New Thruxton R is the star of the show, in my humble opinion, although the Yam XR700 looks good too.

i'm off there tomorrow...on the bike...my choices were £16 worth of fuel in the bike or £88 return ticket from South Wales  :eek  Panniers fitted so i'll be stuffing anything bought into them  :)

First time there so i'm looking forward.
