Overly complex solution! I use an omni cruise (Google it) from the states on my tiger, works well on long motorway stints, doesn't get in the way, and easily removed. I wouldn't consider the product in the link...

Thought so. Go read about the omni cruise. Design of the thing means that Pulling the brake lever, disengages the throttle lock. Or you just close the throttle, job done. No problem (unless you're not paying attention to the road in front of you, in which case you're pretty much stuffed anyway).

BR, I don't see why not - it mounts  at the inner end of the bar, so the fact it's a shorty lever shouldn't make any difference...
